About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document changes in residents' condition, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide holistic care and support to residents.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, care plans, and available resources.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an asset.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $42 per hour, flexible scheduling, and on-site parking. This casual position allows for a balanced lifestyle with opportunities to work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.
Flexible Language RequirementFrench is not required for this role, making it an ideal opportunity for bilingual individuals who wish to utilize their skills in English.
