Compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist

At Piccadilly, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in patient care and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. If you are passionate about delivering excellent patient care and have a warm and caring approach, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
- Perform various duties related to patient care and comfort, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Take patients' blood pressure, temperature, and pulse to monitor their health.
- Supervise patients' exercise routines to promote physical fitness and mobility.
- Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and respond promptly to ensure their comfort and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train as a Nurse Aide.
This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail. You will also need to have efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and be organized.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
