Convenience Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at KWIK K VARIETY. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading our convenience store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as develop and implement training programs to ensure excellent customer service.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
