Convenience Store Operations Manager

KWIK K VARIETY is seeking a highly motivated and organized Convenience Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Merchandising and Marketing: Determine product offerings and develop marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in point of sale systems and database software.
KWIK K VARIETY is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:30 hours per week.
