Job Title: Terminal Loader Operator

We are seeking a skilled Terminal Loader Operator to join our team at Sollio Agriculture. As a Terminal Loader Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of dry and liquid fertilizer trucks and railcars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload dry and liquid fertilizer trucks
  • Load and unload fertilizer railcars
  • Operate motorized equipment such as loaders, railcar movers, and lawn mowers
  • Perform maintenance functions on plant equipment, including greasing and preventative maintenance checks
  • Perform duties in a safe manner as outlined in the health and safety policy
  • Perform all duties in an environmentally sensitive way
  • Maintain roads and grounds of the plant site
Requirements:
  • Valid G license
  • Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
  • Team player
  • Loader experience preferred
  • Receptive to learn new skills
