About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garbage Truck Loader to join our team at Excelone Staffing Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and loading refuse on garbage trucks, ensuring a safe and efficient service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and load refuse on garbage trucks, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with private contractors to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
Work Environment

This is a temporary, full-time position with a regular 40-44 hour workweek. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
