Job Description

Hong Dao Business Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective marketing campaigns
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to sales team members
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key business clients
  • Manage sales contracts and negotiate terms
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
