Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Hong Dao Business Development Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of 3-4 sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training and development programs for staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the sales team.
  • Recruitment and Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
