About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at London Rehab Inc. in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a community setting, including rehabilitation centres and special health institutions.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in occupational therapy, or equivalent experience.
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
