Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Stock linen closets and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on hotel facilities and amenities to guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
