**Job Description**

Kaplan International is a leading provider of international education services. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Student Success Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional student support and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences. This includes collaborating with program directors, instructors, and staff to develop and implement student success strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and building strong relationships with students and stakeholders.

We are looking for a passionate leader with a proven track record in student success, customer service, and team management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of program performance and operations to ensure effective delivery of student support and associated services.
  • Building and leading the program's student success teams, including direct line management responsibility for staff members.
  • Delivering exceptional student experiences, successes, and achievements before, during, and beyond program participation.
  • Leading the development, coordination, and delivery of student support programs, including workshops, community events, and peer support initiatives.
  • Enhancing student experiences by collecting, reporting, and acting on student feedback.
  • Maintaining student safety and well-being throughout their program experience.
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including facilitating campus visits for agents, team members, and guests.
  • Managing program operations to meet targets within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience directly managing a team in a similar setting.
  • Experience in student success, customer service, or related industries.
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent relationship management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong program planning, project management, and workshop facilitation skills.
