Senior Crane Operator and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Crane Operator and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at R RONAK PAINTING & DECORATING LTD. This is a permanent full-time position offering 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
About the Role:
- This role involves operating pile driving cranes to drive pilings into earth, providing support for buildings and other structures.
- You will also be responsible for performing pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance work on the cranes.
- Your tasks will include reading blueprints to determine work requirements and cleaning and lubricating the cranes.
- In addition, you will instruct apprentices in various aspects of crane operation and maintenance.
- You may also be required to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs is another aspect of this role.
- You may also be involved in demolishing buildings and cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- However, we will provide training for the right candidate.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
