Job Summary

The Beverage Compliance Specialist will be responsible for reviewing system entries and reconciling inventory counts. They will analyze and report any variances in an organized manner and problem-solve with stand supervisors to correct any errors or variances.

This role requires a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in finance or inventory functions and procedures, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

The Beverage Compliance Specialist will work closely with stand supervisors and stand leads to resolve inventory issues and inquiries. They will also assist with opening and closing inventory counts, and stand inventory reconciliation, logging, and reporting any issues and variances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review inventory stand sheets for accurate entry
  • Inventory/Sales analysis
  • Support Supervisors and Stand Leads with inventory issues/inquiries
  • Assist in opening and closing inventory counts
  • Stand inventory reconciliation, logging and reporting any issues and variances
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:
