Restaurant Manager Job Description

Mama Mia Italian Kitchen is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our Italian kitchen. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations.
  • Suppliers and Partnerships: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding, with attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods.
