RRAN Electric and Automation Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and team productivity
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory to meet business needs
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads
  • Steel-toed safety boots and safety equipment/gear required
