Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Salon Manager who will lead our team with style, kindness, compassion, and care. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be customer service oriented, and have the ability to resolve challenges professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all salon operations, providing leadership and tools for success, and ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to each guest.
  • He/She will set an example by providing all hair care services offered by Magicuts, focus on the profitability of the salon, and teach stylists the ins and outs of the business.
  • The Salon Manager will act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees, creating a positive work environment and handling conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.
  • He/She will also be responsible for hiring, recruiting, training, and supervising staff members.
Requirements
  • A current cosmetology or barber license is required.
  • The successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to perform administrative tasks are essential.
  • Good eyesight and physical stamina are necessary to observe guests' hair and perform tasks such as standing, lifting, and reaching.
  • Familiarity with chemicals and fragrances is a plus.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, a positive work environment, and a chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
