Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at A Nicer Motel. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Clean and disinfect public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Empty trash and recyclables from hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Restock supplies, including toiletries, towels, and linens.
  • Assist with laundry and linen duties.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
