Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at A Nicer Motel. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • General Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Russian.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, organized, reliability, values and ethics.
Experience:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
