We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Technician to join our team at the Commission scolaire Central Québec / Central Québec School Board. As a Financial Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial operations of the organization run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
