  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and proficient Dental Assistant to join our team at BrockStarr Dental Care. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing patients for dental examinations, assisting dentists during procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized dental environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Prepare patients for dental examinations, including taking X-rays and developing dental radiographs.
    2. Assist dentists during procedures, such as preparing plaster models and molds, casting gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases, and polishing teeth and clinical crowns.
    3. Maintain a clean and organized dental environment, including sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment, and ordering dental and office supplies.
    4. Perform administrative functions, including invoicing patients for dental services and maintaining accurate records.
  • Requirements
    1. Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a related field.
    2. Experience working in a dental environment, preferably as a dental assistant.
    3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
