Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and other related applications.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services using scripting, workflows, and integration solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for the development and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform and its integrations.
  • Provide training and support to users and administrators of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the platform's capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript)
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX)
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services and APIs
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
