Job Opportunity: Corporate Law Clerk

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Complete various corporate forms and documentation
* File and submit charitable applications through the Canada Revenue Agency online portal, monitor status, and maintain related documentation
* Manage annual minute book maintenance and perform due diligence reviews on minute books
* Prepare draft documentation, including correspondence, agreements, resolutions, and bylaws
* Maintain and review lawyer's calendar, schedule events, and handle filings in a document management system

**Requirements:**
* 2-5 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Law
* Successful completion of a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk diploma program
* Experience with charitable and not-for-profit clients is considered an asset
* Familiarity with Worldox and PC Law software
* Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
* Demonstrable analytical skills, good judgment, and attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision when required

**Compensation:**
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 annually, based on the location in Orangeville. Benefits include excellent benefits and RRSP matching.
