**Job Summary:**

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is seeking a highly skilled Data Policy Director of Digital Innovation to lead the development of our digital analytics capabilities, business intelligence reporting, and predictive modeling. This role will play a crucial part in executing key enterprise strategies and supporting the launch and enhancements of online platforms and digital channels.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Digital Analytics function at OLG, providing strategic guidance and execution on data, marketing, customer, and operational analytics across all digital platforms. This includes developing and deploying predictive models into production, managing collaboration efforts between the Digital Analytics team and other stakeholders, and ensuring alignment on analytical requirements for new digital platform builds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the Digital Analytics function at OLG, providing strategic guidance and execution on data, marketing, customer, and operational analytics across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and deploy predictive models into production, including understanding business requirements, translating functionality, and driving progress on integration.
  • Manage collaboration efforts between the Digital Analytics team and Marketing/Acquisition/Retention/Customer Experience teams to ensure analytical insights are being transformed into actionable outputs.
  • Ensure enterprise alignment on digital analytics tools and platforms to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and drive collaborative value creation.

**Requirements:**

We are looking for a senior-level professional with 7-10 years of demonstrated work experience in digital analytics, e-commerce, digital media, business intelligence reporting, financial analysis, data mining, predictive analytics, and market research or related experience. The ideal candidate will have experience building, updating, and explaining business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytical insights, as well as wrangling, cleansing, and automating disparate data sources to power analytical outputs.

**What We Offer:**

As a Data Policy Director of Digital Innovation at OLG, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
