About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Americas Presales Manager to join our team at Maya HTT. As a key member of our Presales team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our software and services business in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee presales operations and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage the qualification of presales opportunities and ensure that presales opportunities are appropriately supported to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide technical leadership in critical engagements, including technical proof of concepts, benchmarks, industry best practices, and other technical initiatives.
  • Manage presales activities with services and support groups to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and support activities with Siemens and Partners, including joint presales engagements, knowledge sharing, and aligning on customer needs.
  • Work with Maya Marketing to raise software product awareness and drive demand generation.
  • Present at tradeshows, webinars, and conferences to showcase our software solutions and thought leadership.
  • Maintain broad and up-to-date knowledge of Maya HTT's product portfolio and solutions to provide expert guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion within the team, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance, recognize high achievement, and reward outstanding contributions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering.
  • 3 years of software presales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex technical concepts, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally.
  • Occasional travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software presales leadership experience, with a proven ability to drive team performance and deliver results.
  • Experience with simulation software, including Siemens Simcenter tools, and a strong understanding of structural mechanics and finite element concepts.
  • Knowledge of CFD, CAE, PLM, CAD, CAM, AI, IoT, and MBSE, with experience in developing customer requirements and deploying complex integrated digital solutions.
  • Experience with vendor products, including Siemens, Dassault, PTC, Ansys, Hexagon, and Altair.
