Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Papermill Operations Assistant at Kap Paper Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for upholding our company values, principles, and guidelines, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with our team to perform a variety of duties and tasks throughout the site.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by complying with all health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as applicable regulations and laws.
  • Develop your skills quickly and efficiently to optimize production and contribute to the success of our team.
  • Be willing to dedicate time to training in multiple departments to expand your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:
  • Secondary School Diploma with grade 11 Chemistry.
  • Ability to pass a typing test and meet G.A.T.B. criteria.
  • Diploma in Accounting or relevant experience.
  • Office Administration is considered an asset.
  • English and/or French language proficiency (written and spoken is considered an asset).
