Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Freight Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and reconcile accounts.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, as well as tax returns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and perform tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Client Focus: Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
