- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Offer general information about points of interest in the area, helping guests make the most of their stay.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring seamless operations.
- Perform various clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing excellent communication skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods. As a Front Desk Agent, you will work in a dynamic and team-oriented setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
We offer a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week, providing a stable and rewarding career path for the right candidate.
