We are seeking a highly skilled AI Governance Manager to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of AI business management and governance activities, implementing policies and processes to meet business objectives, and interfacing with management to deliver work activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of AI governance and control function, developing and implementing risk strategies to support the overall AI strategy.
  • Plan, lead, and oversee a diverse set of work activities, aligning across multiple areas.
  • Develop and document a comprehensive inventory of processes and controls, defining owners and roles and responsibilities.
  • Review end-to-end processes and controls, identifying issues and control deficiencies across various business units to increase standardization of solutions, processes, and controls.
  • Provide direction to complex enterprise or cross-functional projects, identifying risk and providing guidance for complex situations, and participating in designing, testing, and implementation of solutions.
  • Act as a lead for area of specialization, with industry, enterprise, and business awareness, recognizing and anticipating emerging trends, and identifying issues and opportunities, and recommending action to senior management in the governance and control space.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
  • 7+ years relevant experience.
