About the Role

In this opportunity, you will lead the development and implementation of responsible AI practices, guidelines, and principles into program initiatives. You will foster a culture that prioritizes responsible AI and governance, monitoring AI models and applications for responsible considerations. Additionally, you will lead a high-performing team of responsible AI partners and experts, automating AI risk management processes and developing mitigation plans. As a liaison between business functions, you will ensure responsible AI practices are integrated into the organization.

About You

You're a fit for this role if your background includes a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field, along with extensive experience in AI strategy, development, and governance. A proven track record of leading AI initiatives and fostering a responsible AI culture is also essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience with common cloud and reporting tooling, are required. You should also be able to influence stakeholders for enterprise adoption and change management.
