We are a dynamic and innovative company, Hyundai Canada, seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. As a Contract Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our drop ship vendor contracts, ensuring seamless operations and maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage booking programs for parts & accessories and seasonal campaigns
- Work with the Parts Operations manager to develop new opportunities and set up drop-ship suppliers
- Oversee drop ship accounts and provide performance analysis and proposals for improvement
- Coordinate communication with the Dealer Network and Field staff
- Support the Parts Operations manager in updating and maintaining drop ship vendor contracts
- Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel
- PowerBI and/or Tableau experience preferred
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of the Canadian automotive market
- Car Leasing Program
- Flexible start times and Hybrid working environment
