Job Summary

RHYTHM TRANSPORT INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, documents, and databases.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist with budgeting and financial management, including preparing financial reports and analyzing data.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
