Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Network Technician to join our team at Kings of Media Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks, as well as ensuring the security and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment
  • Evaluate and implement data, software, and hardware security procedures
  • Perform routine network start up and close down, and maintain control records
  • Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet
  • Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
