We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Establishment Team Lead to join our team at OSMOW'S MEDITERRANEAN AUTHENTIC RESTAURANT. This is a full-time position that will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.

Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, based on the current market rate for similar positions in the area.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of quality control, and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 people
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient workflow
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire, evaluate, and develop employees
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical ability to walk and stand for long periods
