Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in heavy industry projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
