Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator - Structural Metal Specialist to join our team at Steel Art Signs. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling structural metal components for our signs and displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out reference points and patterns for metal fabrication
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures
  • Weld or bolt sections together using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC
  • Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines, such as brakes and presses
  • Construct patterns and templates for metal fabrication
  • Install fabricated components in final product
  • Rig, hoist, and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite
Requirements
  • Experience in structural metal fabrication and assembly
  • Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC
  • Knowledge of metal-working machines, such as brakes and presses
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 to 44 hours per week. The language of work is English.
