Sales Director

Brandt is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Compact Construction Equipment sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the CCE market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market share targets and sales growth goals
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
- Travel to branches to develop relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related industry
- Proven track record of sales growth and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
