About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist to join our team at Passion Salon & Spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Beauty Treatments: Offer a range of beauty treatments, including hair weaving, waxing, eyebrow threading, and eyelash extensions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate beauty products to clients, educating them on their benefits and uses.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Offer cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records and processing payments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
