About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist to join our team at Passion Salon and Spa. As an Esthetician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide general information to customers on beauty products, offer product demonstrations, and ensure a welcoming environment for all clients.
  • Beauty Treatments: Perform eyebrow tinting, threading, and eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Engage in cultural competency training and awareness programs to foster a welcoming environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
