Global Payroll Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll Manager to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our global payroll operations, ensuring precision and compliance across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global payroll strategy to support our expanding workforce presence
- Lead and support a global, high-performing payroll team
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and international payroll laws and regulations
- Partner with HR and other key stakeholders to optimize payroll processes across WorkDay and third-party payroll service providers
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline payroll operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- ~7+ years of experience in global payroll management, including 2+ years of experience leading a team
- ~ Proficiency with payroll software and systems (WorkDay, TriNet, international third-party service providers)
- ~ Experience managing Canadian and US payroll
- ~ Proven track record of successfully managing payroll in multiple countries, including managing multiple third-party payroll providers
- ~ Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certification is a plus
