Job Title: Global Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll Manager to join our team at GeoComply. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our global payroll operations, ensuring precision and compliance across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global payroll strategy to support our expanding workforce presence
  • Lead and support a global payroll team, ensuring seamless payroll services to our diverse workforce
  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders to optimize payroll processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual workload
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline payroll operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • ~7+ years of experience in global payroll management, including 2+ years of experience leading a team
  • Proficiency with payroll software and systems (WorkDay, TriNet, international third-party service providers)
  • Experience managing Canadian and US payroll, with a proven track record of successfully managing payroll in multiple countries
