About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality visual content that meets our clients' communications needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their illustration requirements and develop concepts that meet their objectives.
  • Design and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations that effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Work closely with clients to establish the overall look and feel of communications materials, including graphic elements and content.
  • Develop and refine graphic elements that meet the clients' needs, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers to ensure consistency in visual style and quality.
  • Prepare and refine sketches, layouts, and graphic elements for client review and approval.
  • Process files and paperwork efficiently to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creativity and attention to detail to produce high-quality visual content.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 35-40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
