About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at MANTIS Creative. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective graphic designs and illustrations that meet our clients' communications needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, understanding their communications objectives and requirements.
  • Develop and produce high-quality sketches and final illustrations that meet client expectations and our design standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, ensuring alignment with their brand identity.
  • Design and develop graphic elements that meet client objectives, including logos, icons, and other visual assets.
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements for review and approval by clients.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in graphic design and illustration.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
