Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Flamingo Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, physically demanding work, and a requirement for attention to detail. You will be required to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week and English as the primary work language.
