Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the administration department. Key responsibilities include:
- Keying and processing daily sales and reconciliations.
- A/R accounts.
- Assisting in the completion of membership applications, changes to accounts and/or withdrawals.
- Answering phones and forwarding calls.
- Assisting customers with inquiries.
- Processing payments.
- Patronage/Equity.
This is a part-time position, working 16-24 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of clerical practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented and strives to be the best in what they do.
- Administrative background would be considered an asset.
- Post secondary education would be considered an asset.
