Heavy Equipment Technician Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Licenced 310T Truck and Coach Technician to join our Main Equipment Shop team in Bot Construction Group.
About the Role
This full-time position involves providing support to our shop operations by performing routine maintenance and repairs on our extensive vehicle fleet.
Responsibilities
- Inspect defective equipment using pressure gauges, scanners, and factory manuals to diagnose malfunctions.
- Repair brakes, electrical systems, steering, suspension, and other critical services.
- Assist in other mechanical areas as required.
- Determine and correct major issues.
Requirements
- A valid Class T Truck & Coach Technician Certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of four years' experience in heavy equipment is preferred.
- Ability to frequently stoop, bend, and kneel.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Adaptability to diverse environments, temperatures, and weather conditions, with exposure to grease, oils, and lubricants.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
