* Maintain and repair commercial cleaning equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and small engines

* Manage inventory of replacement parts and equipment

* Ensure accurate records of billable hours spent on service calls

* Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Clean Driver's Abstract and valid Driver's License

* Strong organizational skills and computer skills

* Ability to read and understand product manuals, diagrams, and schematics

* Technical or mechanical knowledge or aptitude
