**Job Description**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role will be responsible for coordinating the design and technical aspects of construction for mechanical systems and refrigeration systems. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineers and third parties to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Coordinate the design of mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems with our engineers and third parties.
  • Work with owners, consultants, general contractors, and clients to coordinate the design of buildings and other supporting infrastructure.
  • Review project specifications and ensure designs and final systems comply with agreed specifications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you should possess a P. Eng designation with a minimum of three to five years' experience in commercial, industrial or institutional building construction, equipment packaging, general contracting, plumbing, mechanical contracting, refrigeration contracting or HVAC contracting. Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • P. Eng designation with a minimum of three to five years' experience in relevant fields.
  • Good knowledge of ASME/ANSI codes and CSA standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), engineering design and drawing software.
