As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sanitation programs and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date on relevant changes in food safety regulations and ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Leading and motivating our sanitation team members to ensure safe work practices
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop methods and techniques to verify and validate the effectiveness of sanitation initiatives

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Food Safety, Director of Maintenance & Engineering, and other key stakeholders to drive business objectives forward.

We're offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan matching, tuition reimbursement, and a discount program that covers almost everything under the sun.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of managerial experience with sanitation programs
  • Extensive knowledge in Sanitation cleaning practices (wet/dry), CIP systems, wastewater and sanitary design in a food manufacturing environment
  • Thorough knowledge of sanitation chemicals and application within food production facilities
  • Experience working with FDA, CFIA and USDA
