**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Controller to join our team at VINCI Construction Canada. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial information and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

Requirements

  • Professional designation (CPA/ master degree in Finance/ business school)
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial reporting and analysis in a multi-divisional organization.
  • Previous experience with SAP ERP (kheops/E Cube) would be highly appreciated.
  • Strong MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
  • French language skills would be an asset, but not required.
