As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an electric atmosphere at the CAA Arena during Belleville Senators' home games.

Your primary duties will include:

* Preparing and executing in-game activities and sponsor activations
* Engaging with fans in the stands to participate in activities
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment after activities and activations
* Leading cheers and getting fans excited about the game
* Following directions from the Producer and Promo Crew Supervisor

Requirements:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
* Adaptability and flexibility
* Outgoing and able to interact with strangers
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
